XP Boot Screens

XP Boot Screens are the screens you see when you are logging on to XP.

OK, if you have decided this are the steps:

1. Backup your entire PC - burn all of your important files to disk.
2. Even if you skip the above step be sure to backup the current boot screen - ntoskrnl.exee file (Probably in c:\windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exee).
3. Download a file you like and copy/extract the new ntoskrnl.exee file to any directory other than the one above.
4. Reboot your computer into 'Safe Mode' (Hitting F8 before the boot screen does this).
5. Copy the new ntoskrnl.exee file to the original directory (Of course you have backed up the original ntoskrnl.exe file?).
6. Reboot the computer again as normally.
